How come I can't order from the catalog?

In Nookingston I can't order from the catalog, he always says his orders are filled...... aren't I the only person who orders from it?

I orded stuff from it a long time ago, and I dont remember how much I orded. But I got the stuff a long time ago, but Its been a long time that I cant order from it. Can anyone help? (P.S. Thanks to the people who tryed to help me, but I still need more help.)

This same exact thing happened to me and I thought Tom Nook was losing his mind when I'd order one thing and he'd say he was booked. I'm not quite sure how I got it to work again, but I bought ten letters from the store and sent them to different people in town. And then I cleared out all the mailboxes from each person in my house.

this happens because you have too many orders. You can only order 10 at a time until you get them.
