What happens at birthday parties?

I am at a neighbour in the games party so I was wondering about what happens at parties.

If it's your birthday, when you leave the house 1 or 2 people will be in front of your house theyll do the whole =-0 thing, talk to them and they'll give you presents. at someone elses birthday go to their house and thell ask you for a presnt if you give them a present (that can be any thing) they will give you a present in return!!!
