The book reminded me of Valkyrie's Chronicle actually.. but the art style is different of course...
I really like this idea of the animated book. The game looks promising.
I played the other two titles and enjoyed them. Hope this one is just as good.
i have played a few NIS games and i must say a majority of them are just animated pieces of crap there have been a few good ones on the PS3 which i have enjoyed but most of them litrally are just suger coated with all the fancy graphics so i wonder how this one will be. Come to think of it some of their games are like Marmite you eithe love it or hate it lol
@Blu-Fan-Boy Oh, come on, NIS games are not that bad.
But yeah, you either love or hate them. That's how it is.
I like NIS games because they always have this ironic/funny twist to the story. Though I only played the Atelier, Ar Tonelico series and Neptune games. I really can't say much about the other games.
how is the game play I bought disgea for the ps2 I didnt like the gameplay the fact you cant free roam is this the same ?
@sanzo_22: um...the newer atelier games are in ps3 only XD but if u want to play the old ones it's in the ps2 and ds also(at least for what was released in NA) :)
you like Atelier series!...I like Rpg games in general...but I have a question ,does it have another games in diffrent consoles
We have the limited set on pre-order. If you want more info, go to the main site of NIS america. It comes with a few things, artbook and soundtrack as well as a large display box, but most notably an anniversary atelier t-shirt displaying a BARREL! My fiance loves these games. While I bet many guys play these games, they do seem to be "girl-friendly" so to speak. But in saying that, they're still awesome, and I too will eventually play through them. They're great games!
@whodagoose: I am inclined to disagree because although the Atelier series has much to improve, it's done so with Atelier Totori. I'm definitely excited to pick up my copy of Atelier Meruru!!
I really enjoyed the Atelier Iris and Mana Khemia series on PS2... its so sad that this is what garbage the series has been pooped out as on PS3... R.I.P. Anything Atelier
