He gave it waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaayyyyyyyyyyyyyyy to low of a rating. This is the best war game ever. Besides some slow load times and trying to fix your keys this game is litterally perfect. He should have given it a 9.6.

I thought this was 9.5? Did they drop the rating in preparation for BF3?

This and 2142 were both awesome games. BFBC2 was good but it lost a lot of the core gameplay and the teamwork aspects of BF2 and 2142. It was really stupid of them to take out commander mode and squad leaders in BC2, i hope BF3 has them back.

Just started PC gaming again...I AM GETTING THIS!

I just realized how much better this game is than Bad Company 2. The maps are bigger and designed better. The vehicles are better the only bad thing is no Frostbite engine. I recently began playing this again ever since I reinstalled it on my PC to get it to work again. Oh and btw, I feel it's way better than anything available to play right now including Crisis and COD. Too bad I can't play with the video settings maxed out anymore.

I think i actually have a laptop capable of playing this now.

I miss the hay-days of BF2...back when you actually had to rely on significant teamwork to win games, and where you didn't get these lone-wolf TDM types in objective based games...Ah yes...the days when K/D didn't matter as much as your W/L, or how many flags you took, or how many teammates you revived, or healed, or how many ammo boxes you handed out, or how many successful artillery strikes and UAV's were placed...Ah yes, those were the days.

This game is the best of the battlefield series and if ea hadnt lost my account , this game would be the game that gave me the most pleasure. Arguably the best game ever.

Just got it yesterday. I'm so stoked.

Ah, I have so many great memories playing this game. Good times. I can't wait for Battlefield 3! 64-player servers, destruction like BC2, and jets!

Thinking about getting it... I had 2142 but it crashed and bugged my computer to the point we had to send it to be fixed... thrice. Anyways, hopefully a better experience with this game soon.

I bought the complete package over on steam the other night.. really cool game, a little overwhelming at first for me with all the vehicles/maps/kits and all the crazy action but its fun. Wish I could fly choppers properly..

@GeoffShouldWin I'm guessing that the pc they were using for this review loaded slow. if you couldn't get a 2005 game to load up quickly on a gaming pc, then it's not a gaming pc.

For me, it's worth the wait. =)

@GeoffShouldWin: Are you kidding? The amount of time it takes to load a map is probably the main reason I don't play this game every day. Maybe you've just got an awesomely fast comp. :P @tommynooky: Yes, if you like team-based strategy games, it's extremely fun.

@tommynooky, You should get this game right away it is very fun. You can't destroy buildings like in BFBC, but it's still extremely fun

I am considering getting the game, should I? Also, what is the building destruction like, do you knock the building down or is it just an explosion and once it's gone you wouldn't notice anything new in

The guy in The video says that Loading times are bad they arent that bad except the spawning times
