No matter how superior the PC version is, hacks make it almost not worth playing

I have this game on console and PC and lately i've been spending most of my game time playing on my computer.

But man, i don't know what it is, but hacks have gotten out of control recently. Just today i've experienced the following hacks, and no, a better player didn't kill me. A lot of these hacks were from players on my team.

Aimbotting, so much aimbotting. Just before i posted this a player on my team named Bromium Chloride (or something similar) spent the entire game in a jet just aimbotting the other air vehicles out of the sky. As well as taking out just about every tank and anti air vehicle as well. He didn't even deny that he was hacking in the chat box either, he just kinda make a joke about the whole thing.

Full team spotting. Again someone on my team had the hack that instantly spots all the enemy players on the map. He got banned soon after

Team insta-kills. Me and 31 other players were all killed by the same javelin at the same time earlier today. Again, he got banned soon after.

Auto knifeing. A hack that will automatically knife any players that get within 10-15 feet of you. Looks just like warp knifeing from CoD. Saw this a lot on metro. It probably happens in the other maps too, just less noticeable.

Map reveals. I can't confirm this, but im sure the people using the other hacks probably use this as well.

Point being, even though a 64 player match is a thing of beauty, hacking has ruined the PC version. I'm sure some PC players don't agree with me, but it's hard for me to go play the PC version when i spent so much time on the console without any hacks to be found.

yeah, i hear you.

i was playing metro today and a guy outside would kill me, and everyone else on my team, as we spawned inside, underground, on the otherside of the map.

he had something silly like 104 kills 0 deaths before he was kicked

That right there is a big part of why hackers are a problem. Admins never do their job when the situation comes along...

64 players is absolute hell on every map I've played. 32 players is superior.

Since when does 24 = 32 ? are we comparing PC vs console or not?

24 players on consoles = lolconsolelimitations compared to the PC version and that is a fact regardless of how the PC version plays with 64 players.
And add the fact that they could not get a meager 32 players on the console version when it was a standard last gen for most console shooters is lolconsolelimitations

And of course the lolPClimitations are that they can't stop the game from being hacked to death which is really the topic at hand.
Obviously an unhacked 24 players will always be better than any amount of players on hacked game

I dunno. I used to be a PC gamer. But Spending all that money on system hardware AND the fact that not a single other person in my town played on PC made it a pretty easy decision for me. PC gaming is better than console for a very small amount of people compared to the consoles. Do I miss having mods? Yep. Would I rather not talk to any of my friends while playing those mods? Hell no.

Love how fast everything went off topic.

Anyway back on topic. Sure PC is superior when it comes to graphics player count so forth it always will be because of the constant upgrades one can work with and having little limitations. That being said sure it may have better skins character models and so forth but whats the point of all that when the PC game is stock filled of hacks. I mean sure if you enjoy drooling and staring at the graphics all the while you get killed from aim bots well so be it but thats not much fun. Thats why i don't play certain games on PC for that reason. It will always be PC>Consoles thats given but IMO once hacks and game breaking mod's are added to where people can't have fun it ultimately becomes Console>PC for playable purposes.

Typically though, I'm surprised you noticed a vibration, I get so caught up in games that I hardly ever consciously notice my controller being a vibe.

Yes it is true that BF3 has a lot of cheaters. Personally I run into one every 4/10 games.
But the people who use hacks dont last very long if you play in a decent server. They always get caught and never last more then 5 minutes. Its really easy to spot most of the hacks. The only one I have issues with is the 1 shot kill hack because it seems like everyone kills you in one shot anyways.

It is annoying sometimes but I wouldnt say it ruins the game. In my opinion dice kills BF and makes it a drag to play more than anything else.
Vehicle disable, glass EOD bots, Shoddy hit detection, essential Vehicle perks, horrible unlock system, single seater ground attack jets, and that crappy CQC DLC ( I thought the linear consolized rush focused maps were enough already)..
I already gave away my xbox version of this game because I got sick of all the crap and that sleep inducing player count . If they dont fix this game in the next 15$ update and I dont mean the cantering to call of duty players and whiners who are just bad, Im done with the battlefield series for good.

Only idiots believe that more players make a better game. I'm sorry to those who aren't PC Elitist. I guess idiots is a harsh term. But who cares if PC has more numbers? The maps are scaled to accommodate the number of players so you don't even notice. My favourite MP game only supports 16 players. Today only sad people care so much about numbers in MP games. Transformers and Gears of war can get away with 5 on 5.

What do you mean when you say models? Are you talking about character models or something?

There may be a black Russian Engineer guy? That sounds so cool!
