scavenger: Sniper Rifle...Body Missing?

Found the other 3 parts but the map pointer is directing me to nothing....looked high and low for it...anyone else have this trouble or know if this is normal?

ended up finding it on the upper levels...no idea why it was nowhere near where I was being pointed towards....

Top of the hut where near where it's pointing, and just a tip, with the scav quests it will never point you to the parts. only to where the parts are situated

There is a hut on the top area. On top of the hut are three lockers. The part you are looking for should be up there
