    After killing my very first alien, his body disappeared into the wall. I was instructed to retrieve a tissue sample, but could not find the body to do so. Anyone else have this problem? Any solutions? Should I start the level over again?

    Maybe some meta-glitch. I got stuck in that same spot after killing the first alien, but I was unable to use scan or weapons and stuck in the corner of the remains of this room, just able to spin in place. At least the restart was right there.
