For all it's worth I think you guys are great fun to watch, how ever I don't think going bandit is the best option. Don't get me wrong I'm fine with it it's just that you did it just to please your fans... I don't mean to be one of those people that criticize your every move but go bandit for a reason, in a game inspired by this I went bandit for a reason and I only kill someone if I really have to. Still love the shows u make. Let the good times roll

@dalua360 The real noob is you you dont have to be perfect at a game to have fun, im total crap at tribes acen but I love the game.
I'm sorry if I offended the number 1 fan of these two guys, but when you need to show something to the public, you need to do a good presentation. People can be bad at doing things, no problem with that, I'm terrible at BF3 but I like to play it even if my K/D ratio is negative, but I'm not showing my "noobness" to the public when I'm s*ck*ng at it, so, I think Gamespot should worry about showing us a good content instead letting average people doing average performances since people come here to be entertained with awesomeness, not average!
@dalua360 Exactly "there having fun" there playing the game the way THEY whant to play it. There not showing off the game, there simply playing the game. And there playing it to have fun, and if you laugh well that's good too.
You almost got me right, but Gamespot isn't bad at the game, These guys are! They ARE having fun actually, and that's exactly the problem, ONLY THEM! Like I said, I can do average performances here at home, I come here to see experts showing us the features and innovations at its best, this is not Youtube where people can post anything, it has to have quality because Gamespot is a company and it's their job! If their jobs involves on having fun, it's more than perfect, just be sure to keep the quality!

Bro, go back to school and learn how to read again.... I said that you CAN be bad at games, no problem with that! But I'm not the only one here that WANTS TO BE PLEASED with good skilled performances, otherwise I WOULDN'T LOSE TIME WATCHING STUFF HERE, I could do bad performances by myself! With that said, if someone is good or not at THIS game is not the point, my point is that when your work consists on doing ONE SIMPLE THING, DO IT RIGHT! This website is here for information and entertainment, which means that they can't put that level of "lame" performances on air ! This is not a Youtube channel where you can find all the crap you want, they should have commitment to the public watching this. 1 Like DayZ is just a slow speed deathmatch that takes place on a huge map.
The survival zombie aspects are almost completely inconsequential.
I can't help but think the same thing. not trying to sound disrespectful because i find if funny and amusing in a good way watching these guys play. But for his apparent lack of skill and knowledge of the game, he had awfully good gear. I was thinking that someone met up with him and gave him a bunch of that gear, not that he hacked it.
1 Like This is what winds me up about DayZ, theres no point even shouting friendly anymore, take this guys - they are hunting people down for no apparent reasons! So i always have to shoot on sight if they have weapons, i don't want to shoot but theres nothing else i can do really... :/
3 Like I hate the way Dayz has become a pvp since going mainstream, these two dicks just adding to the problem, if you want pvp go play cod and leave this survival mod alone.
@Neo017431 they would of made it an exclusive single player if PvP wasnt intended for it. There are meant to be other people in the game, and yes sometimes they may be hostile.
but for all its worth you showed a big part of the game and now I know its absolutely NOT worth playing when every player/zombie is lagging so much! Its painfull to get killed haveing good equipment and playing in a pair :/ ... unless you really suck at fps, but I blame it on the laggy skipping of player/zombie chars
Whichever of you that had the cammo and silenced rifle is absolutelly useless :/ almost got your friend with sniper rifle killed? in a game you die and its game over you act like its the firs fps game you ever played :/ there is a 1st person view for shooting afaik dude :/ weak... so weak...
4 Like I think that the main issue with DayZ is that in real life it's enough just to be alive. But in a game after a while it gets tedious so you need some kind of purpose.

once you play for a while you realize getting "kitted up" is not that hard to do and you learn to have fun with the other aspects of the game, keep having fun and making these diaries, they are enjoyable

1 Like You should try to never reload until you run out of ammo... unlike most FPS games dayz just swaps the fullest clip into your gun while the almost empty clips still take up 1 space.

@foxrock66 @Evilnator We've been in a constant debate over whether to put up a full, 2 hour video where only one or two big things happen or whether to shorten it for the time-precious GameSpot crowd. If we get a massive backing for one or the other we'll listen to you guys, but that said you can always see the full version on twitch.tv/gamespot_au.
@doorselfin @foxrock66 @Evilnator I think it all depends on content. If you go a 20 min stretch of running across country with nothing happening, by all means cut it. If it's just some small 5-10min stretches, then you can always fill them in with commentary and not worry about cutting it.
