Game keeps spinning out of control?

The same thing was happening to me. If you've got any extra game controllers / USB devices plugged in, it seems to want to spin.
I just unplugged my wheel and it was good to go after I restarted the game.
Hope this works. -
I had the same problem and after I unplugged my Joystick from the PC the spinning stopped. I hope this helps for anyone that encounters the same issue.
