In part one of this developer diary, some of the creative minds behind DUST 514 explain what's special about this upcoming first-person shooter.

Maybe they thought PC players would have an unfair advantage over the console players with the mouse and keyboard.
I'd love to see more of this syncing with EVE thing. Will the universe be as expansive as EVE? And will the planets be full on planets or will it just be specific battlefields on each planet? FPS's a generally the same, but this has big potential to be different.

@shadowhunter0 Actually, I found out about all this when they were filming it. Thomas Farrer told me to come by and help edit the piece after alpha testing the game. Equipment & vehicle ownership? My idea. You're welcome.
