Do I have to wait to do Operation: Anchorage after you beat the game?

I want to know if I have to beat the game before I do the quest.

No, you can do it at any time after you leave the Vault.

Any DLC besides Broken Steel can be completed at any time in the game, even directly out of Vault 101.

You can do Operation:anchorage right after you leave the vault. honestly that would be yer best option becuz then you can have the gauss rifle and chinese stealth armor for the rest of the game.
