I know its probably pointed out before, but there isn't full licensing in this game - The audi car basically has a similar logo except 4 overlapping V's instead , similar to the case of Apple products which use a fruit bowl logo design despite having a true exact replica
Probably will be some massive Easter eggs even about other Rockstar Games and/or previous GTA games.I know that they won't mention it in the game story but maybe will see some of them in Easter eggs.
the main character is Tommy from Gta Vice city i think. probably changed his name
but thats a guess, tell me if its been confirmed that its not him
@Ollie2592 they confirmed that gta 5 will be on its own and will not recast or mention of earlier protagonist.
Did anybody see Frank's Bluetooth headset when he is on the train ? Maybe we get mp3 players or portable radios too.
maybe when the old dude says "that's franklin the son I always wanted" , there is also a scene of him with a white kid acting all "gangsta" so maybe thats what he is referring to? maybe not lol... xD
already put money aside for this as well as a fat spliff .... bring it! I have no doubt this is going to be awesome. Can't wait to cause some virtual chaos.
I think you should be able to use a car as a huge rolling molotov cocktail. would be awesome
too many rumours, its gonna be fucking amazing wouldn't need to buy another game after you have this it seems like
I completely and utterly hated GTA 4. Very optimistic about GTA 5 though, hopefully less take cover behind some wall and go play bowling stuff.
@duron2 actually they said the cover system will be a huge part of combat
Can't wait to see some actual gameplay footage. I hope the fun cheats are back!
i like the end part of the trailer where they all seem disappointed in a see no evil, say no evil, hear no evil style
@RubMyDucky I'm a weirdo. I like to play my games fully dressed, except for sex of course.
this is just me, but in terms of looks and age, perhaps all three protagonists represent each protagonist from the GTA3 series. and their ages would reflect the era their games took place in as well. just a thought.
Ha! That section with the windmills up on the hill must be out in the Palm Springs/Salton Sea section of the map. Looks just like the 10 freeway as you're approaching Palm Springs.
@Arther-la-Blunt To be fair i consider myself a massive GTA fan.. as in to the extreme of completing them all 100%.. but even I have to admit RDR blew GTAIV out of the water. The story was awesome.
I loved Nico Bellic.. But John Marston was just a whole other level. Guy was a legend.
Completely with you on this one, GTA IV lacked any real depth, something that RDR seemed to get right. Mixing the two??? (plus San Andreas) to get GTA V seems like a massive step in the right direction! Bring it on I say - bit skeptical on the release times though - as per any other big game release lol.
At the end the three guys do the whole See no Evil, Hear no Evil, Speak no Evil......that's funny.
"I have a semi" - "so do I" - "that's one hard one between us"... laughed my tits off.
The character jumping over a car and a dog doing the same in the next cutscene...dog following the character maybe?
@couly Bloody grass!! I sure wish grass would be higher definition in Grand Theft Auto....
Seriously.. what the hell :|
@couly Wow, Captain Obvious right here. What tipped you off? Maybe the fact that they already announced it will be released on Xbox 360 and PS3?
I feel sorry for 360 gamers. I can already tell this won't fit on a single DVD. No way. 2 or even 3 discs that is. PS3 will go Blu ray. But if you want epic skylines + lighting effects + sharp textures and shadows, man. There's no way around the PC version. I hope they won't screw up the PC port. So far Rockstar has failed on every PC port.
I'm really glad Rockstar didn't show anything from the gameplay cause if they did then i wouldn't be surprised when i play it for the first time'
great commentary. I went through this frame by frame myself as soon as trailer was released but I'll watch any livestream with Danny in it.
This game looks to be one of the best ever. The only game I'm excited for as much as this is Watch Dogs.
With a character of each style, it seems that car theft, violent missions and some other epic missions will be restricted to each one of them in a way. I mean, the former criminal now a family guy will not be stealing cars and having a dog killer, he looks more like a "professional" of bank robberies and things like that. Works the same for the other two guys, one is addicted to cars and the other one looks like an alcoholic crazy assassin. So, this will be interesting in game to be playing with them, its like to have some cool NPC helping you as every classic GTA always had but you're actually that NPC as well... more or less. Thats look innovative and fun as hell.
