Chapter 8 - Secrets

This section reveals how to unlock each area in the game as well as several other Pikmin 2 secrets.

Unlock the Awakening Wood area: Recover the Spherical Atlas from the Cave of Emergence in the Valley of Repose.

Unlock the Perplexing Pool area: Recover the Geographic Projection from the White Flower Garden in the Awakening Wood.

Unlock the Wistful Wind area: Recover 10,000 pokos worth of treasure and creatures.

Unlock Challenge Mode: Recover The Key from the Citadel of Spiders in the Perplexing Pool area.

Play as The President: Continue the game after collecting 10,000 pokos.

Louie’s Dark Secret: Complete challenge mode with perfect completion to unlock this cinematic.

Title Screen Fun: Use the "L" and "R" buttons to make the pikmin run around. Hit the "Y" button to place a beetle on the screen and use the "C-Stick" to control it. Press the "X" button to unleash a bulborb and use the "Z" button to make him eat pikmin.

Pikmin Sing: Create a group with 20 of each pikmin type and go on the move. Your pikmin now sing a little tune from the original Japanese Pikmin game.
