Rage Walkthrough
You might have stayed safe, but the world isn't! Our Rage Walkthrough shows you how to win races, craft from junk, and survive the wasteland.
Goodbye Wellspring
Recover ID Drive
First head back to the Ark and recover your Drive. Next, it's time to help the Resistance.
Getting Back to Wellsrping
The Authority won't make it easy getting back home. Use your RC Car to distract the enemy.
Onward to Subway Town
With your good deeds in Wellspring, it's time to move on.
Kurtis Seid is a sadomasochist for games. He’s clocked over 200 days in a Final Fantasy entry but isn’t sure if he’s actually a fan of the series. His ideal game would somehow involve the harshest elements of King’s Quest, Team Fortress, River City Ransom, Ogre Battle, and Dark Souls.
I would like to just say a big thank to Jonnybadde. I really appreciated u telling me that. I had to look up 2 other walkthrus to find that out too. lol cheers. I always seem to have difficulty locating the way out after a mission cause I tend to think u gotta go back the way u came. lol :) again many thanks
I have been down into well to stop the ghosts and I have finished it all - no more enemies but can't get out and what is more I can't find the piece in this walkthrough that relates to it. Is it just not here? Can anyone help me? Pretty please. xx
@babaya35 Once you get the toxin canister, activate the lift lever and jump on quickly.
I defeated the mutant in the hospital and picked up all the items on my way out including the defib upgrade, but when i get to the end i can't exit to the wasteland. Did i miss something?
Desert Spore is located near the Crazy Joe's shack in the swamp area at the end in the crater area.
I bought this game thinking it was a FPS with elements of an RPG thrown in. After getting to Wellsprings and finding out I'm FORCED to compete in races to advance further in the game just sucks. It wouldn't be so bad (I generally like driveable vehicles in games) but the controls are so horrible and squirrely it's becoming a game-killer. Just another item to add to a growing list of "features" about this game I intensely dislike.
I agree completely. The entire keyboard/mouse interface for this game SUCKS! This almost feels like GTA 3. The controls for driving are so terrible in this game that Carmack should have added a DUI bonus!!
What happened to downloadable PDF guides? I just bought into a year subscription to GS largely for those and now I find new ones are only online? How useful is a video walkthrough really? I mean if I want to search for some issue say, 3 hours into a game just how do I search a video for the info I need? Come on guys. If it ain't broke, please don't fix it. Just do what you already did well. I consider the advertising in the sign up marketing which touts downloadable game guides as somewhat misleading now if you aren't doing them anymore.
Where do I find the Desert Spore? You need this to craft a permanent health boost. I'm sure I've walked by it a million times. A little clue please?
@riyec1 @race1221 I was having the same problem,I could not find that resistance place to save my lifel thanks for the help.
Ritec1.......you probably got it by now, but just in case.......Marshall and the Resistance HQ is where you first met him apon arriving in Subway Town. From inside Subway Town, go to the garage and take the hidden elevator (that you came up on when you first got there) that's disguised as a car lift......next to the door to your garage.
I have done everything it asked up to it is now asking me to meet up with Marshall at the Resistance HQ and I can't find the place in Subway Town is it somewhere else!!?
In the Subway town how do I find the Resistance Headquarters? I have looked everywhere and no luck, is there something I should have done?
kanga001 , on the defib upgrade 'boss' outside the hospital, you have to watch for him as he is right about to do his little laser aiming thingie and fire a missile right toward the spot where his stomach will be exposed as he launches the attack. when you hit, and it has to be timed quickly its only exposed for a second or so, so you have to fire before its exposed, manual aim, then he comes forward and you dodge his spaz episode about 3 times then his brain becomes exposed for a few seconds. it's a pattern until he speeds up a little and then dies. you can still rush and pick up four more rockets as he is dying also if you've expended them already.
I am stuck on the hospital boss you are supposed to gank with the rocket launcher. This guy is whipping my butt to pieces! Cant see that part of the game (defribulator upgrade) in the vids, or I missed it. Any info appreciated. Thanks.
I want to watch these but I don't want to spoil anything until I get my hands on Rage. Quite the conundrum.
Got stuck in a stupid place and the video helped perfectly - could have easily been missed by a written walkthrough. Thanks.
The first version of the Rage guide is here. It's just the first section so far, so stay tuned for updates.
