Fifa 11.5 Gets a Gamespot score of 9.0 when really it's not changed at all, if anything it's got worse. So much for all these new additions E.A were peddling. They even put the same clown on the front of the case as last year. How original. F1 2011 Gets a Gamespot score of 8.0 when the game has been dramatically improved over the last title. What gives Gamespot? Did Codies not pay you enough? Your reviewers are getting worse for their biased ratings. I'll go elsewhere from now on I think.

IMO this year EA fcked up. Try to play a high line pressing game you will see why -- you immediately realize it doesn't work. This year, you are forced to park the bus, as Mou would say. I thought PES 2011 was horrible, but this year they definitely play like PES should, like the old one. I think I prefer PES this year.
Animations are good as ever. Impact engine is s**t. Watched PES video too. Thing Pes got better are faces n graphics(not that important) and a feeling that what u seeing in game is how its played when u watch a game on television. Fifa stills lacks tactical positioning and player movements. Still its got better player ratings and a hell of a lot of licences. I'll go for both 8D
I hope they put back in the option to actually play our created clubs like in FIFA 10...what's the point of going through all the time and thought of creating one to not really be able to put it to use?? Pre-ordered regardless cos I highly support the series! :D

Tried e demo. What a let down! Expected a game which wld keep me at e edge of my seat! But... saddening! It turns out to be more complicated than e previous one! Saddening words written at certain dead ends :-(
meh, players falling over each other isnt new. If the community on the fifa forums say its not an epic fail online again this year then I might buy it used. Pro-ranked/Clubs was a total joke on Fifa 11,either way the only money Ea are getting out of me this year is for the online pass.
Don't know if the full game will let us customize the control buttons but I hope so. It's pretty hard to try to control your own player and us the RB button to have your teammate at pressure.
@fps_d0minat0r FIFA 12 HAS the new collision system, and sometimes, it looks weird, especially when a player lands on top of the other, and the one on the bottom tries to get up... he launches the one on top! its kinda funny... then, you said that you did a bunch of slidong tackes. well, i dont think you got them. you missed em. try again, this time on amatur just to see it. its incredible what theyve done. the launching the guy up is rare, but definitelly doesnt spoil the game. look up on you tube: http://youtu.be/xqyZk6hc3sw its sooo weird! this is what i was talkin about. go to controller settings and switch the button confg. to WHATEVER you want, and even go back to the Legacy Defending, which is the regular one, the one that was in FIFA 11, 10, 09, ect. btw, if you choose to play offline games on Legacy Defending, make sure to at least practice a little on Tactical Defending, because the online ranked matches will be all on Tactical Defending.
if they are playing the xbox 360 demo, why are we in the PS2 screen? Unsure about the demo, i might wait for the boys to do the review.
I was so excited for this game after watching the new manager mode features and stuff but the gameplay is ruined. they changed the pressure button to R1 instead of O so its harder to close down a player while sprinting back with another. pressing R and X like he says was never an issue....only noobs used that and it was extremely easy beating opponents who spammed that. I didnt get fifa 11 for similar reasons and i dont think i will be getting this. and im not sure how much improved the final version will be but I found the player impact engine to be non existant. I made a lot of slide tackes and most of the time the other player wouldnt even react. I bet if they made squad updates and bug fixes for fifa 10, no-one would buy 12. the pitch looks more detail but theres not much difference in the players if you dont watch the robotic cut scenes. This has 8.5 written all over it because they want to rate it for all the features but they know its not as good as 10. and the fact that they dont let you change the buttons is just sad because gaming is supposed to be fun and it can only be fun if you can tell it what to do. imagine in COD or battlefield if they changed aim down sight to square to make it harder to run and gun.....they've basically done the football equivalent of that here.
I loved it. The feel of the game is different from FiFA10 (I skipped 11), and the defensive system is great.
FIFA is good... PES is realistic... if PES makes friendly AI more intelligent it will rock....
the impact engine is a good improvement and so is tactical defending.tactical defending helps to make the game more realistic and separates great players from good players.on the downside however, rooney doesnt look like himself,players like messi should be able to dribble without using skills,no updates for boots.still fifa 12 is going to be the best.fifa 12>fifa 11>pes 2012
I love soccer, but Itīs really hard that a soccer game donīt became derivative IMO. I hope Fifa 12 will be the exception...
i feel alot better to hear that you can only defend the new way online. so ill keep learning the new way witch makes it feel better
@Gaziantepspor89 No, because of new rules regarding video-games, the new Turkish president of Turkish Football Federation, Mehmet Ali Ayd?nlar, ordered EA sports to remove the Süper Lig from FIFA 12. The same concept also applied to the Czech Gambrinus Liga. also, Galatasaray have been included into the "Rest of the World" for the first time since FIFA 2005, due to liscencing issues for the previously featured Turkish Super Lig related to a domestic corruption scandal in Turkish league football. this is what I found on the internet so far but I think you can wait until the game is released and then ask others who played it about this.
still boring and tiring along with PES. come on you "everyday-innovation-making" companies, use your frozen heads and short-sighted minds more. add variety to football games. the most popular sport in the world still doesn't have a quality and proper game that satisfies the fans. these two "fans" are so much tricked and fooled by advertisements and talks of others that they think this game is close to reality.

just search "fifa 12 glitch" in YouTube and hundreds of videos show up. most of the glitches are related to "new impact engine" and are caused by it. "new impact engine" is a big fail.
I totally agree with the guys on the video it feels different trying to defend in fifa 12, Yes I was one of them many ppl pressing A & X to defend on fifa 11. And ti's true i think we got to learn how to play the new fifa, and I actually was frustrated when i tried the demo at first but I haven't bene playing it since. After watching the video I think i'm gonna give it some more time I know i'm gonna buy it anyway! :)
The new defensive system is going to be exploited in online ranked matches. When people go 1-0 up they keep passing the ball between their defenders and GK until the time runs out and the opponent has no chance of recovering the ball.
New Defense system sucks (you can switch this off), game is pretty much the same as fifa 11 with a few tweaks. On the other hand its this or PES which totally blows.
