FIFA Street 3 is pretty good.I played both the XBOX 360 and the PS3 versions and it's a great game.

Hm, I tried the Demo and it's quite nice. It's quite simplistic feature-wise, sure it's no FIFA World Cup or other FIFA or soccer-game more based on reality. But this is, at least to me, a great potential alternative. Because even though I enjoyed the late-'90s FIFA-games, the more realistic soccer-games induce a lot of boredom in me now. Just too bad the Street-equivalent is quite shallow, they should just expand the next one.
