It's fake because:
1. The announcer's accent is way off, his face is suspiciously shrouded, and he starts talking before the trailer is over.
2. The trailer has no new footage.
3. Versus isn't likely going to come to the Wii-U and there is nothing to suggest that it's name will change. These two specific tidbits alone scream troll.
4.It looks like a high school/college screening room or amphitheater.
5. SE hasn't had the video removed from the net.
Of course I'll laugh if it's real, but not a good kind of laugh...

Well, it's shown in a classroom - for one. Any kid and their mother could photoshop the logo. I've seen amateur trailers done better than this.
