Video Review - Final Fantasy XIII-2
Final Fantasy XIII-2 is a direct sequel to Square-Enix' 2010 role-playing game Final Fantasy XIII. It is only the second time since the franchise first appeared in 1987 that a new title has been a direct narrative sequel to the game that went before it. Final Fantasy XIII-2 begins three years after the events of the previous game, and like its forebear is set in the world of Gran Pulse, a place split between the surface world of Pulse, and the floating sphere of Cocoon which is held aloft by a colossal crystal pillar. The game's lengthy story is a complex mix of sci-fi and fantasy that deals with time travel, the creation of humanity, and the resolution of time paradoxes.
