I beat him 1:38 this time but I only got 4 stars. Health was high too with only about 2000-3000 missing from each person.

    This is my team:

    Lightning/Hope/Snow
Snow and Lightning both have Genji Gloves on for uncapped damage.

    And these are my paradigms:

    Syn/Syn/Syn
    Com/Med/Rav
    Com/Com/Com
    Rav/Rav/Rav
    Sab/Sab/Rav
    Med/Med/Med

    Am I doing something wrong??

What are your equips? If you have Genji Gloves, you may need to "dumb down" your other stuff. Any tier 2 weapons and some equips will lower your target time. Let it be known, if you did mission 64 already and have the Gold Watch, wear it; it raises target times. Don't bother buffing either, as it just wastes time in an already low target time fight (with the exception of maybe Haste). Just go all out.

Not enough Fang and too much Hope. Since you are taking this task on so late, you need to optimize for speed. Control Fang so you can buff up with Bravera or Faithra. Syn/Syn/Syn is a little much. You should be able to consolidate your buffing and debuffing into a single paradigm, and then just Tri-disaster -> Cerberus.

Only Light and Hope have tier 2 weapons. Equipped, Lightning has Sprint Shoes, Power Glove, and a Diamond Bangle.
Hope has a Weirding Glyph for Magic, 2 Adamant Bangles and the Growth Egg(I was doing some CP grinding before)
    Snow has physical/magical resistance items.

And the only reason I go with Syn/Syn/Syn is because Hope is the only one right now that knows Haste. While he focuses on that and protection spells, he tends to use Protect, Shell, and Veil afterwards, I figured Lightning would use offensive spells. And Snow tends to use Vigilance and Protect first

I use Hope because he's a great healer. I was fightning Orphan's first form and he used that move he does right when the fight starts twice while I was attacking him so we got pretty low on health. Lightnings an okay healer and Snow is prety bad right now, he's just there for Esuna when needed.

I recommend getting Sprint Shoes, Aurora Scarf, and Morale Talisman or Blessed Talisman for each party member. Make your party Lightning/Vanille/Snow (or Fang if she knows Rav skills).
    Syn/Sab/Rav
    Rav/Sab/Rav
    Rav/Rav/Rav
    Rav/Rav/Rav
    Com/Com/Com
    Com/Com/Com

You have Haste and Bravery/Faith from your equips. Cast Enfire on everyone, then shift to Rav/Sab/Rav until Vanille sticks Deprotect, Deshell, and Imperil. Stagger with Rav/Rav/Rav, then kill with Com/Com/Com.

    t~

edit: you can rearrange your party between the Orphan fights by doing Pause-Retry as soon as the 2nd Orphan fight starts.

If you hit retry once you get to Orphan 2, you can go into the menu and change your setup. There's no reason to use the same strategy you used for Orphan 1.

You can use lightning, hope, and fang.
Use paradigm bully until hope only hastes everyone then switch to smart bomb to stagger and relentless assault to god stomp.
    Bully- com/syn/sab
    Smart bomb- rav/rav/sab
    Relentless assault- rav/rav/com.
    You'll easily get 5 stars.
