    yea i phoned nintendo and they said 75 bucks too. then i went to the nintendo walk in store and they replaced it.

    Where the heck is a Nintendo Walk-In Store? Never seen an actual Nintendo retailer. Seen Sony Retailers, Apple Retailers, but never... EVER.. a Nintendo retailer. Or are you talking about resellers?

    I'm glad I didn't get a DSL, even though only about 2-3% have the cracks.

    Its not done by damage. The hinges are generally weak. The GBA SP hinges were stronger than the DS lite.

    Its not done by damage. The hinges are generally weak. The GBA SP hinges were stronger than the DS lite.

    Ouch ... I cracked my hinges and they are covered under my Eb Games Warrenty ... I gotta bring my DS in and they'll give me a brand new one ... just like that ....
