Forum looks awesome Jayson! I even took it for a spin, everything runs smoothly and you have some good categories in there. I didn't notice one for sports discussion but that'll probably be good for the off-topic area anyway.
Thank you and your post is exactly why I wanted people to try it out, I completely forgot about a sports section. Doing all this stuff has me too far in the forest to see the trees.
How about a sports section under the main off topic?
You're welcome. And yes, as I look at how the forums are set up, somewhere in that general forums section is the only place I can see sports fit.

However, since from our experience here on GS, there sports and gamers don't always go hand-in-hand. So if it will be a pain to add a whole new section, maybe just add a notation in the "Off-topic Discussion" heading somewhere with regards to sports. No, Im not worried about what a pain any one thing will be. I would rather do it all now and then tweak it down the road.
So sports can be under general gaming.
An automotive section would be pretty cool too :)
OK, now I'm going to focus on gaming and anxiety, how would automotive work in here? I'm up for any kind of suggestion so if you can envision something I'll listen to how it would work.
My site is going to have video reviews and quick looks and all that jazz.
I was telling my brother I needed some equipment and he gave me the money for it.
Short the Sony twins, had to sell my PS3 a while back because of an asenine error the registrars office made that put us in a financial pinch.. Happy to have a 360 though, it'll serve me until next gen consoles come out :) Witcher 2, Halo 4, Minecraft, and Skyrim DLC coming out were pretty big reasons for me, and all my friends have a 360 so I usually missed out on playing online with them when I had my PS3. A lot of games that I really want, but Witcher 2 and Halo 4 made it unbearable lol

I'm kinda jealous Wreck. I never had any desire for a 360 until recently when Mass Effect 3 was starting to come out. With all the talk of the series, people started playing through 1 and 2 in anticipation of 3. With all the talk of how good ME1 is, it made me realize I will never play the game probably. So if I ever stumbled onto a cheap or free 360, I would be happy as a clam, that way I could finally play ME1. Tales of Vesperia is another... I actually would probably play that ahead of ME1.
With all the talk of how good ME1 is, it made me realize I will never play the game probably.
It's not that good, though. It's only good in the sense that it sets the stage for the two good games of the trilogy, but you don't really have to play the first game in its entirety to get a pretty good experience out of 2 and 3.
Most of the carry-over stuff from the first game is handled really tangentially in the second game (for example, a lady that you can help in the first game is just standing on Omega in the second game and you can ask her questions about what she's been up to for the last two years....), and the big stuff is handled by the Genesis thing at the beginning of 2 if you never played 1.
And you don't really want to play 1 after you've played 2 or 3. The gameplay is worse and the environments are incredibly repetitive. It fits on one disc, so that should tell you something about reused resources.
But I still liked playing through the first game a second time because I love the fiction and understood so much more the second time around.
....Great, now the Step By Step theme song is in my head. :(
- May 14, 2012 7:48 pm GMTI love me1 :( Though I played it like right when it released... Maybe it hasn't aged as well as my nostalgia :P I plan on buying all three after they come out with the improved ending for 3 ;) Also, I forgot to buy an HDMI for my 360 so I'm playin with SD cables and amggg it looks so bad lol, HD games don't handle SD well lol

Pick up a hdmi cable for like 2 bucks online. Just don't pay the outrageous prices places like best buy want.
