He wont make the HOF. Andre Reed, Tim Brown, Cris Carter are all better than him and they arent in it.
If Art Monk can get in, all bets are off.
The hell? were you even alive when he was playing?
I don't see how that is relevant. There are enough NFL films and career statistics readily available to form an opinion on a player who did his stuff years before I was born.
96th all time in receiving TDs, 196th all time in receiving yards, and 336 receptions in his career. Darrell Jackson had better numbers than Swann. And don't give me all that crap about it being a different era. Don Maynard, Raymond Berry, Fred Biletnikof, Don Hutson, even Swann's own team mate John Stallworth put up better numbers. Swann is in because he was on all four SB winning teams, and he had that wicked catch against the Cowboys in one of the earlier SBs. Besides that, it was hardly a HOF career.
Agreed. Bob Hayes>>>That scrub. Lynn Swann never even finished a season with 900 yards. - Mar 4, 2012 9:05 pm GMT

Anthony Spencer is a POS, paying him nearly $9 million is awful. F*** this.

He missed 4 games last year, and 12 the year before that in Buffalo. He's still only 25 though, and overall I think it was a good signing though.

That's what the Packers should've got. Only on defense.

Brady when playing under 40 degrees is 35-8. That is pretty damn good. I really hope the Patriots never get a dome stadium, it ruins all of the excitement in having a Snow game.
Yeah, I wish there were no domes in general. The elements are a part of football at just about every other level (outside of a handful of colleges). Why not the NFL?
Add to the fact that it just makes the league more pass happy. Well besides when Tom Brady plays, he had 6 TD passes against the Titans in snow.

Two interesting stories out of Denver today
Peyton Manning is meeting with John Elway and the Broncos' brass todaywith what theBroncos could put around him (decent receivers, good O-line, weak division) I think they have to be looked at as one of the favorites. It makes all the sense in the world if you ask me. The Broncos could also trade Tebow if this happens, not only does that give them a clean break from the nightmare that has been their fans, but also gives them another draft selection to surrond Peyton with more talent.
The Broncos' D.J. Williams, Ryan McBean, Virgil Green have suspendedfor 4 (Green), and 6 (Williams and McBean) games. I figure they probably deserve it, if for being idiots if nothing else.
- Mar 9, 2012 4:36 pm GMT
Who the hell would trade FOR Tebow? Maybe a very late round pick... Very late... Like Mr.Irrelavent late.
