    Just curious if there's an end date in mind where things either go back to being unified or continue being separated.

    Since this isn't a moderation question, technically I shouldn't answer...

    As far as I know, After Hours is planned to be a permanent addition to the GameSpot fora and there are no current plans to drop it. Speaking personally, I don't like its content much myself, but there you are. This is the brave new world we live in!

    Thanks for the info. When the forum (or subforum?) was created I was under the impression that it was an experiment of sorts to try to please the people that wanted an "edgier" side to the forums but also the people that wanted things to be tamer as they have been before the ToU change but it seems like there is some disconnect on what actually ends up where.

    I've been avoiding OT:AH so maybe I'm just out of the loop.

    Oh, and I'm quite well - I hope the same for you, Mr Brading

    Yeah sound about right: I think barring any major hiccups it's here to stay for the timebeing at least. Plans do and can change though of course. The disconnect between OT and OT:AH I think is something we and the community are going to try and address.

    Thanks for checking in on the status of OTAH. According to the data that we've pulled on traffic for both OT and OTAH there have been steady increases in both. So to answer your question and validate gbradings statement OTAH will not be going anywhere any time soon from the looks of things.
