SETUP:AMD Radeon HD 7870
AMD Phenom ll X4 965 ~3.4GHz,
600W PSU,
1TB HDD,
8G DDR3 RAM
ASUS M5A97 LE R2.0
Self-explanatory.
I would suggest using Paint to crop it, and save it to a photo-hosting website so it will load here faster.
Conversely, you could use the editing tools provided by a photo-hosting website.

"You get more when you do your best."
Either use Paint or Use Adobe Photoshop if you have: In Paint you'll have to open you image then go to Resize and there you you can choose how much you want to resize it. In Adobe PS you'll have to open up your file, go to Image then choose Image Size ans there you can resize your image by putting your desired values. - The icon size here on GameSpot is 80x80, so make sure you make it that size, or else the outer edges of the image could be cut off as it is now. Personally, I'd recommend using a dedicated online service such as PicResize (in the option to resize your picture, choose custom size and enter the width and size as 80 pixels), and then upload it to an image host like TinyPic where you can paste the URL in your icon settings to use as your icon.
