why not? it's the best sport on the planet and you don't even watch it i bet. i myself don't have much time to watch, but i love soccer and i will watch it if i see it on. i played for 10 straight years in my younger days and i play fifa12 so soccer is a big part of my life.

but it feels like the majority of people in the US don't really give a hoot about it or just say it's boring. dafuq!? it's not boring!

so are you one of those ppl who doesn't like soccer?

    ---
    also, side topic:

Why in the hell does the US team blow so hard? is it like we can't find 11 dudes in the country who are sick, train them to make them sicker, then put em up against the world? hell, we don't even need 11, like 5 dudes who can finish strong and/or defend well.

surely there are at least 11 guys on our soil who are native and are soccer legends, we just need to find em quick, like before 2014.

He's from another country man haha.

On Topic though I actually think it's the opposite now. I'm seeing more and more coverage of the sport here in the States and I think some of the bigger city MLS teams are getting decent attendance. Is it going to take over the NFL or MLB? I doubt it but to say that hardly anyone in the States care it kind of false.

Personally I don't follow since when I was growing up it was baseball and football and that was it but now with all the kid leagues for soccor I can see it becoming fairly big in the future.

No I don't. It's the only sport I find more boring than the MLB. It'd rather watch paint dry.

Theres football at the Olympics? Christ I didn't even know that and I'm a massive fan.

All in all the Season before I left Ireland for Uni in Scotland I went to 54 games the team I support were playing in and hadn't missed a Northern Ireland competive home fixture in 11 years.
