Not to mention cows love to use the $600 price tad as the blame for the slow sales. So what is it, the 360 is more expensive or the PS3 is? Can't have it both ways. Don't blame the late start for being in last. That was Sony's decision, arogant as it was, and noone elses. They chose to come out a year later and they chose to give a $600 price tag. Since you want to play the "IF" game IF Japan bought 360's the lead would be insurmountable, not that they will be caught now. IF the 360 didn't have the RROD fiasco they'd probably be ahead of Nintendo (that's a big if) or it would be very close. Don't give excuses for Sony being in last, just accept it and move on. 360 is more expensive in the long run but just looking at them at launch it seemed cheaper. And LOL, if anything RROD made xbox sales INFLATED then what they should be. People bought 2 or 3 extra consoles because of that fiasco. Without RROD ps3 prob would be ahead lol. And I'm sorry you can't except the facts. It's not an excuse, it is a FACT that the ps3 has outsold 360 if you look at sales against time on the market. ps3 almost 6 full years 360 almost 7. Theres only a 2 million gap so its easy to see 360 would be last. its not a what if game, its a fact.
