Will there be Scottish troops in Assassins Creed 3 ?
- Jun 22, 2012 7:00 am GMT
I'm wondering if there will be Scottish, Welsh or Northern Irish characters/soldiers in AC3 or will it be the usual thing where for some reason British=English. I'm Scottish myself and I find it really annoying when people think "Britain" is just England so I'm wondering if Ubisoft are smart and acknowledge this.

You do realise there were Scottish forces present in the war?
Wait, are you expecting there to be Scottish troops or not?
If so, I think you'll probably be disappointed. I hope that they would put some Scots in, but i don't think they'll bother.

Well yes I am expecting Scottish troops since Scotland is part of Britain but for some reason that's a hard concept to grasp for most people who only believe Britain is England. Hence why I'm asking if they've been included in the British army instead of just all English

However other than maybe one or two important characters i think everyone else will have the brittish accent. i would be upset but i know these accents accents (especially my welsh one) can be hard to understand so ubisoft would prefer to stick to accents which are easier to understand.
