What are your opinions on Battlefield 3 Premium?

For £39.99 I don't think it's a bad deal. It includes all 3 map packs, with 2 weeks early access, in addition to some sweet premium events such as Double XP Weekends, various videos etc. I bit the bullet and bought it, and to be honest, i'm still on the fence a little. I enjoy the content I have, there is no doubt about that, however, I have my reservations before openly recommending it.

Yay to the actual content. BIIIIIIG NAY to the fact that everyone who owns limited edition like me basically paid for back to karkand twice! WTF!

I always thought BF3's edge was that they offered free DLC... I guess EA caved.

Also the double-up on Karkand is quite a blunder.

    Double Nay for me.

The double up is a bit of a blunder, but by including it, it doesn't exclude players who didn't buy B2K - It depends which way you look at it. However, for £40, it includes all four future DLCs with 2 weeks advance release (Close Quarters, Armored Kill, Aftermath, End Game), add in the Premium 2x EXP and other content, and I think you're looking at a decent value for money package.

Nay. I already had the limited edition. And as much as I like BF3, I might not even be playing by the time the last expansion is released.
