    Is anyone able to download it? I try and it says "An error occurred while installing Blacklight: Retribution (No subscription)"

    I just tried after reading your post and it seems to be downloading without any issues. Try restarting Steam.

    Had to reboot Steam like 5 times but eventually worked.
