umm wtf, i went to 2 Gamestops near me and the first GS employee said its $20 while the 2nd GS i went to said it was $40 so i couldnt get it for the $9.99 price...glad to know i know more about prices and Gaming info then they do

The general consensus is no. Suffers from performance issues, and there's no proper online multiplayer. Personally I think it's just a poor series with dull gameplay and zero charm; if you want a racing fix on the Vita there are definitely better alternatives.
I believe there's a demo on PSN though if you want to try it out.
