I have been racking my brain trying to remember this game. All I can remember is that there was a train or rail that took you across the ocean. It stopped at the top of the tower (could have been an old mall). Then you have to battle your way down the tower. If I remember correctly, you actually battled down in a circular pattern down the tower. At the bottom, you could explore this new continent. I can't remember the platform or when it was made. I absolutely loved the game, but I can't remember it. If you can help me find it, you would have my eternal gratitude.
