If there ends up being no beta for Halo 4, doesn't that raise red flags for you? It's not like Halo:Reach or Halo 3 needed a beta.... Worst case scenario: Halo 4 multiplayer is a day 1 dumpster fire.

If this was Bungie, this wouldn't be as big as an issue. But this is the new 343 Industries, where only less than a dozen of its employees actually worked for Bungie. Halo 4 will be THE make or break game for 343.

Halo 4 will sell regardless of the quality of the multiplayer, and it's likely the new changes will be here to stay for the next two games. It's more like this will be the make or break game for the hardcore fanbase.

They already have 2 more Halos to go. Even if 4 sucks they'll keep going.
