sure its just a box with some paper and whatnot, but lets not forget that it includes all of the upcoming map packs, which is 25-30 dollars right there, then you can tack on the steel case and codes and all that, may not be the greatest limited edition, but ive definitely seen worse, *cough* skyrim *cough* (which was double the money for a plastic dragon and a book and a map)

I really like this stuff but I hate to play online... and it's really not worth full retail without MP...
A tin box with some paper in it that I'd likely of only looked at once with lots of disappointment at the next to nothing I'm getting for the extra £25($40) of cash that MS and 343 had sucked from my bank account.I mean come on, who would seriously peel that packet open with wonderment and then jump for the skies in gleeful ecstasy knowing that I've been accepted into an imaginary mission, "Should I choose to take it."
The publisher guys behind this edition of the game spent about 3 hours on this stuff and called it a year of work. Hell they could've been really cool and put in a Spartan Platoon shoulder patch or something.

why hatefull comments? i just finished preordering mine (and AC3 while i was there) 30 seconds ago im in england and went to GAME.co.uk for mine even got some extra wep/armour camo and early access to specializations
1 Like Meh. Not impressed. It's a nice box and all but the stuff inside is just a load of crap I'd never read. The only things I'd actually want out of that are the codes. Should've done an art book and a few other things, like UNSC and spartan helmet patches or something.
1 Like have you seen game manuals recently? most of them are a complete waste of time 6 pages if your lucky the last one i remember being worth reading was fallout 3
@SirNormanislostYes, some are a bit pants but there are still some good ones and in any case, a small manual is better than none.

i played the game the campaign feels like they took bits and pieces from gears of war 2/3 and put it into halo i would give it a 2.5/5 but for the multiplayer its as fun as the original halo 5/5

1 Like I personally think the Halo Reach regular CE was a bit better (and was 20 bucks less, I believe), but this still looks brilliant.
lets just hope its on par with Halo 3 because at least for me as a Halo fan, Reach was kinda a step back.
me to i liked reachs campaign but the online gameplay was just awful.... jetpacks and holograms were awesome but the way it played...

2 Like Halo is not for me too, I really really love Halo level design (I think it is totally awesome! the best!), but Halo aliens are not scary but funny and childish and you shoot them? nooo!! I just can't shoot those sweet cosmic aliens! , btw few houndred thousand limited edition copies? don't make me laugh ;))) so with aliens I prefer Resistance series just because in Resistance aliens are aliens, not tweety toys :)
