1 Like I am very excited for this one.. it was a smart move on Netherrealms part to make a game with the amazing fighting style they offer but appropriate for all ages..
Looks just like the recent mortal Kombat, which may not be a bad thing since it now allows younger people to enjoy the beauty of an Ed Boon game.
Hope they have martian manhunter, he`s the alien superman. How could anyone not like that. If you don`t then you don`t deserve DC`s majesty.
How dare you talk down to this game. DC has never had its own official fighting game and now that it does you are critisizing it. Shame...
1 Like I just meant that DC has had its own official fighting game at some point, because you said it never did. It was more of a joke, seeing as Task Force is quite old.

I think people who are looking for this game should have known pretty much the difference between DS and DP by now

@fedetaco Well all this mates say the truth, other big diference is that Deathstroke's brain work in 90%, Also Deathpool regeneration is unstable but sometimes better thant Wolvering... Of course Deathpool comics are fucking hilarius xD
@fedetaco mostly that deadpool is comical and funny where as deathstroke is very serious. Also deathstroke is a master tactician and strategist and i dont think deadpool has that ability but i could be wrong
1 Like @fedetaco Deadpool is more popular because he's unconventional. The writing for his comics are witty, original and clever, known for breaking the 4th wall, meaning Deadpool understands that he's a comic character and often talks to us and can interact with speech bubbles and the narration boxes. Part of the reason Wade realises he's fictional is because he's out of his mind.By comparison, DeathStroke is pretty boring.
@fedetaco It's simple. DeathStroke was created earlier and is more of a villain compared to DP. Of course, both are Wilsons so...
@fedetaco Aside from one being Marvel and the other is DC, nothing really. I'm sure there'll be someone to point out all their little detailed differences soon enough. >.>
I will prefer the DCU skin over this or even better the classic outfit from MK vs DC.
But for me theres just one more of Batman roster, I would like to see in the game and thats Bane, although i prefer that Boon denied that possibility if he dare to think put that blasphemous pathetic bstrd cheap imitation from dark knigh scw it. I hope theres a couple of skins per character cause i dont want to play Bat withthe damn face of christian bale
Now how about some powerhs The Spectre, SwampThing, Cpt Marvel, Doomsday, CyborgSuperman, Eradicator, Cap Atom. Some Watchmen characters even V, or J Constantine who said Supreme..
I'm not much of a DC fan, I tend to learn towards Marvel. The game looks good and I will definitley consider it. However, I'm a little shocked with the similarities between deathstroke and deadpool.
@XCyberForceX In the 90s I would have agreed with you, but, the way I see it, it's better to follow the talent rather than the brand. All the major talent that made Marvel amazing in the 90s went indy in the late 90s and 00s, and are now mostly in DC, making some of the New 52 as good as the likes of Jim Lee's X-Men or Dematteis' Web of Spidey from the mid-late 80s. That's how comics should be. Right now the only Marvel I can stand to read is Daredevil, and even then it's not consistently good.What Marvel do you read right now? What would you recommend?I used to like CyberForce btw, but TheDarkness was way more my kind of comic. Loved it to bits.

I was a comic lover when I was a kid, and now at 28 I find myself wanting to get back into them...problem is, my go-to comics just look sooooo boring right now. Wolverine, spider man, x men, none of my old favorites was able to get me back into it and I felt like maybe I had just outgrown them...the catch is, I would skip the DC cuz I was never a fan of much of their stuff. Now I wanna go back to my local book store and give those books a shot.

And yeah, I used to skip DC too, with the exception of Batman, none of them used to interest me.

I don't read cyberforce any more. I was more into Spiderman and X-men basically because I was loyal to those two. Currently I'm not reading any one right now.

Mortal Kombat with DC Heroes. At least Marvel vs Capcom is different then Street Fighter. But this game is the same as MK.

1 Like @megakick Research before you post. Deathstroke is a character created years before Deadpool. Slade Wilson inspired all of the weapons-based superheroes we see today.
@super_voltron @elby322 @megakick Ya idont get it either, seems pretty Deathstroke-y to me. He didn't even make any jokes or anything. Maybe the fighting style but thats always gonna be similar.
