Check out a gameplay trailer for Injustice: Gods Among Us featuring characters introduced at Comic-Con 2012.
i hope there is a single player beat-em-up to go with the tournament fighter. looks cool, but there enough of these games.
how you defend? only thing bothering me now as a hardcore fighting game fan i really want to see how u defend in this game as a heard this game has no BLOCKING BUTTON
guys almost every fighting game looks alike? its hard to make "punch, kick, special move" look unique, just bash some faces and enjoy it
To everyone that thinks this, it'd not just MK with DC characters. It has a much faster pace and more emphasis on cinematic and arenas. Also, would a MK game with DC characters really be a bad thing?
I know this may be simplifying things, but it honestly seems like NetherRealm's Mortal Kombat game with a DC skin slapped on it. I believe it should be more unique and stand alone as a fighting game; this is not going to win me over, and I like both Mortal Kombat and DC, perhaps that should say something.
i know it done by the guys behind MK. But it just looks too much like MK, re-skinned. It would of been nice if the developers for once stepped out of there comfort zone and made a full 3d fighting game, somewhat like PowerStone on the Dreamcast, Spawn in the Demons hand or even like MK Shoaling monks....
I keep telling myself I don't need anymore Fighting games and then I seen this game and instantly I felt that craving to be superman and beat some fools. I'll probably check this title out on release as a rental before I buy it just to be safe...
Apparently the best way to take out Wonder Woman is with a cattle prod to the boob. The more you know...
I'll wait for user reviews before rent or buy. Right now, it just reminds me of the MK vs DC game without the MK parts. The cut scenes look great, the game play like its lineage.
@Xaviersx I totally agree with you, the MK vs DC also looked very nice and all that stuff, but it came out to be kind of disappointing, hope this one is as great as it looks like
Hmmm. Idk. It seems like they just reskinned the latest Mortal Kombat game. Didn't really see anything that would make this game stand out on it's own. I loved MK, and I love DC characters, but I can't support putting out the same game twice. Will rent before purchase.
@Hard_Target just because it has the same visuals doesnt mean its the same game...
@wezkilla No, the similarities are definitely apparent - both in gameplay and visuals.
Wow, I was already on board but this was something else. The character specific interactions with stage and other moves are really crazy. Still don't like the graphics but the animations and gameplay seem really awesome. Can't wait.
@Fallout_red I agree. I don't like the graphics..well I mean the art style either. The gameplay looks good but with fighting games you really have to play them before forming opinions. I hope this game is a success. I love DC.
@TheologicVs True. Here photo realistic means "no color". WTF!? These are comic book characters and their books are filled with color. As a fellow DC fan, I definitely hope that this is a success too.
Oh Em Gee it's soooo true to the comics! I always knew The Flash could hand Superman's ass to him in a fistfight. The gameplay looks almost (and I mean almost!) as cool as the brilliant title! Just rolls off the tongue and instantly makes people think of their favorite DC characters. I shall pre-order two just in case I damage the first copy in all the excitement.
