What do i do on the Derelict apartements level?

I need help with the Derelect apartments level. Ive been to the apartment and walked everywhere but I just cant figure out what to do. Can someone help me? thanks

Go to the closet in the apartment. There is a key hidden a little to the side on the bottom shelf.
