Telltale games aren't known for their A typical style of gameplay, which shouldn't surprise anyone when they play this newest addition to their library.. Jurassic Park plays a lot like their previous episodic adventure (oddly enough also from Universal Films) Back To The Future... it's a point and click style game, that leaves relatively no room for exploration. Your relied upon to complete a series of quick time action events in order to progress your characters through the story... Some may find that boring - I find it refreshing. In the dominant age of first person shooter, and sandbox style RPGs, this is a pleasant change of pace... a little more free roam capability would've been a welcome addition though - i must admit, being able to walk around and explore/survive in Jurassic Park at your leisure seems all too enticing of an idea..

This game is very story heavy, and if you allow yourself to get into it, you'll find yourself feeling like your apart of the adventure, or controlling characters inside of a movie. It's really a lot of fun... Who knows, maybe it's because outside Operation Genesis, Jurassic Park games have left a lot to be desired - or maybe it could just be that the developers of this game, were so focused on delivering an immersive story, that it really does pull you back into that first film - and make you feel like a kid all over again...
