100% completion? Each or all 3?

I noticed that there are some abilities, items, and whatnot that you can only get as a certain character, so to get 100% completion for the secret ending and all, do you have to get a overall collection that carries over to each character or does each character have their own completion list that I have to complete?

Yes all the characters have their own completion list, also to note if you want to get the secret ending you must get Everything in the report section if you are playing on Standard, If you play on Proud or Critical you just have to finish the game with the each character no need to gather everything
