Blacksmithing?

When you go to a forge to make weapons what is the fifth type of component you can use to make weapons, I'm rank 10 in Blacksmithing but I've got no idea what the last component option is, it's the one that kinda looks like a crown.

Yes... Gems would be the 5th component. Either you buy the gem, get it from corpses (rarely) or buy/find the shards needed with sagecraft to craft gems.
