ad carries are pretty balanced actually. most of the order is opinion based. most people agree that graves is the best though.

Graves and Corki are probably the top two, followed closely by Ezreal and Kog Maw and then Ashe. The rest are then assorted throughout a list based on preference I guess. Urgot I don't really call a true AD carry, he shuts them down hard in lane though.

But he is.

Unless you mean at "whatever level you are". That's because he has less range than most ADCs, without a booster like Kog has. ADC is heavily about positioning, and with less range you have less room to **** up with. It makes him "harder" to use than say...Trist.
