How do I finish Episode 5, Chapter 4?

We get all the way to the end and can raise Luke's ship part way out of the swamp, but not all the way. Prima game guide says to blow up silver boxes with thermal detonators, but those are not available in story mode. Can anyone help? Thanks.

    Switch to Yoda and have him raise it. It takes a little while so just keeping holding down that button.
