@stylechyld I think the fact that the 2012 London Olympics has purple as its main colour is more to do with the fact that 2012 is also the Diamond Jubilee for Her Majesty the Queen, which purple is the main colour and is a colour of royalty.

i guess purple is the color of tournaments this year..because the olympics and euro 2012 share the same color.

@warhawk-geeby now, they allow me to race a giant cartoon mario against a photo realistic usain bolt, then that is a game I would be likely to buy ;)

@xeis-net Yeahh.. I'm sure there's lots of kids in the world that will want it. Maybe Sega should just throw in Mario and Sonic as DLC to be safe :P

@warhawk-geeby that does assume people buy this game outside of London ;)

I just hope they plan on using the mean average when collating these global scores... Otherwise America will win down to sheer numbers! Looks alright though, finally nice to actually see some gameplay :)

i'm sorry but seriously, we've all had enough of an olympic game how about making an athletics game that we can be a character who can build up and go into races and learn new techniques and get better over time. i don't want to just face off against ger, usa, rus, gb, i want to go up against bolt. the major players of the athletic world. i want to be able to say i've just beat bolt at his own game after a grueling 4years between the olympics, you could make it a great game of mini games to get yourself fitter and have a laugh trying the other events in smaller tournements and what not. i don't want to just do all the events and get gold i want to be able to go frew quali's and face the best.
