Where can you buy your first luxury suit at?

Head over to Vangel's and shell for the primo threads. Either version of the Tailored Suit will unlock this trophy. Note that Vangel's is accessible from the beginning of the game, well before it is added to your map automatically in Chapter 9. Just south of the park on the East Side, in the larger of the two blocks with entrances on both sides of the store. The icon will appear as soon as you are in the area.
