GameSpot Mario Kart Tournament for the Ages Round 2

I love coming back to this video and listening to Shawn Mcinnis' stunning rendition of the hit Youtube song "Rainbow Road". Dude cracks me up every time!

People saying this is their favourite Mario Kart can't have played earlier Mario Karts; this is good, but it's just too "flighty" and "glidey" to really give a player that much needed control.

I don't care what the critics said, Double Dash is still my favourite Mario Kart and the co op racing is something they should bring back, as well as the unique super items for each character. In the last couple of Mario Karts they've arguably taken a step back in many an area. Need I mention the Wii version......

The best Mario Kart to date. Gamespot, please do a real tournament for this game with people who know what they're doing! I've played this game weekly for years, and this would be an amazing tournament game.

I was laughing so hard during the tie breaker. I didn't know it was humanly possible to fall off the track that many times!

I love how Tom always shouts balls haha. This is actually pretty entertaining...

I always found Double Dash to be underrated compared to the other Mario Kart games. It's every bit as good as the rest.

That was great. That last race though, it was painful to watch... just like just 1 player took to the top of the bridge, the only man. LoL

I really hope this gets followed up with a 007 deathmatch tournament for the ages series.

Areas like DK Mountatin further show that this game had outstyanding race tracks.

Gotta love a good time with friends. Mario Kart always gets the party going.

oh, who's the Sharks fan over there? As a Caps fan, I'm hoping we beat the stuffing out of you in February, here in DC ;) you guys have so many consoles there, how do you keep them all working? another fun event - you guys getting bored without your weekly shows then :P this was equally entertaining to watch as the last ep :)
