I have not been able to find any TUTORIAL or beginners INTRO to show how to use the interface. In that respect it is really frustrating and disappointing. It seems these developers have no design goals or documents and most likely no Configuration manager or QA..

The controls and setup seem to be nearly identical to mechwarrior 3... they also had torso aiming in conjunction to free look aiming for the arms. I always thought Mechwarrior 3 was one of the best simulation style mechwarrior games, so this could be pretty interesting.
