I played a metal gear 2d game before Hideo Kojima created the cinematic game in metal gear solid for psone. I love how Kojima presented Solid Snake from a 2d game to a character with substance. Honestly, I felt giving 10 is too much, maybe a 9.5 at best, because somehow I felt the game was short (except for the cutscenes) compare to MGS3:Snake Eater or MGS1. But I've always been a fan of Solid Snake, so I guess giving a 10 is enough excuse for scoring this game.
I love the idea of making an all-female team as adversaries to an old and dying Snake. It's kinda creepy that Drebin knows more of those girls than anyone. Kojima could have find a better way to present the origins of the Beauty and the Beast squad, rather than Drebin telling the stories every time. I almost felt like Drebin was somewhat behind the agonies of those poor girls (lol!).
I was a bit upset that Kojima twisted the ending of the story. I was ready to accept that this is the last of Solid Snake and this game would definitely cement Solid Snake's legacy.
Oh well, I'll just wait how Kojima will create a next story for the legendary Solid Snake.
