We continue our video game history month marathon series with a little bit of tactical espionage action and revisit the Metal Gear series!
Metal Gear Solid brings back memories! First time I bought a game just because the reviews were good inspite not knowing a lot about it. And boy did I love it! Metal Gear 2 wasn't such a love story for me and I left the series after that. Carol, Kevin, thanks for this walk down memory lane!
@jomipira I think a lot of people were disappointed with MGS 2. You should really give MGS3 Snake Eater a try though. It's awesome.

haha... My Metal Gear Marathon began ever since Metal Gear Solid HD collection came out. I have been playing nothing but MG, MG:SS, MGS, MGS2, MGS3 and MGS4 (ok, may be a bit of Skyrim and GT5 in between :P). I don't why but I couldn't quite get into Peace Walker. So glad the original MG and MG:SS was kept in the HD collection. :D
Replaying MGS2 and MGS3 in HD was something so special to me, I mean, I was there when those games haven yet to be release and counting the days to the release window and the joy of finally getting my hands on it... Brought back loads of happy memories. :P
By the way, nice vid... Enjoy it very much. :)
