What I Think About Minecraft's Score...

    I saw that Minecraft's score was 7.0 (GOOD). Basicly I think that people who have reviewed this game have only looked at the graphics and the choppiness, but they havent looked at all the fun and exitment the game has. I only think games are awesome if they are really fun; i dont care about graphics or anything like that. GAMES ARE THE BEST IF THEY ARE REALLY FuN! So, since Minecraft is the funnest game i played I give it a 10. What do you guys think?

    9/10 simply for there being some glitches, like water and lava not flowing right if at all, and when monsters spawn right next to my bed and brutally murder me.

    I'd give it a 9/10. I only played the PC version a bit, so this is unbiased as far as that goes. There are a few glitches, one of which corrupted one of my save files (no idea what led up to it...luckily it was only a couple hours old, and not one of my crazier ones).

    Not really. It seems to be marked down for its lack of options in comparison to the PC version. How could you give the PC version, which is constantly updated regularly, the same score as a console port with less than half the options? That would be a biased review.

     

    I mean it literally has like half the options in game, half the game modes and a smaller play space and it still only scored 1.5 lower. 7.0 is a very good and fair score imo.

    I'd find it hard to give the 360 version such a high score when it has come out a long time after the PC version and is a very old build. Once they have the game updated to that of the PC version then the score would be bumped up. If a company ports a game to another system, you want the entire game. Not an old beta build of it that has issues, bugs and is missing most of the content.

    does the water flow better on the PC versions, i thought it was kindve weird the way the water flowed in this game...i was trying to make a moat which rroved to be pretty difficult since the water acts really weird

    It was most likely given a low score because it was a stripped down version of the PC. The map is 1000 x 1000 for example when the PC version is infinite.
