Whats a easy way to get Big Fin?

I know u get them from those huge fish in 11 but i can never find the fish.

You should kill those fish things in the desert area. The things that swim and jump around in the sand

There is too ways to get the big fin you can go to the desert area and kill desert sharq's untill you get one, and you can also get a harpoon and go to manga island and go to area 11 i think and kill a monster with the harpoon its the monster with a big fin.
