Where can I find Tranq Bombs?

I wanna capture the big guys, but don't know where to get Tranq Bombs, help!!!

You can make tranquilizer with a para shroom and sleep herb.
Bomb casing with stone and sap plant.
Combine the two.

Tranquilizers + bomb casings = tranq bombs
stone or iron ore + sap plant = bomb casings
para shrroom + sleep herb = tranquilizer
